Grandview Terrace Neighborhood

This neighborhood was orginally homestead land donated by Marinus Smith to the University of Colorado (25 acres). The area was platted in 1902, and most homes date between 1900 and 1930. The bungalows in the interior of the subdivision are the only remaining bungalow neighborhood in Boulder.
