RECURRING MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS ARE AS FOLLOWS: 

$50 membership = $5 per month

$75 membership = $7 per month

$150 membership = $13 per month

$250 membership = $21 per month

$500 membership = $42 per month

$1000 membership = $84 per month
